Room was not cleaned, corner wall was covered with spider webs. Kettle was not cleaned (covered in dust, heater was not working, electricity issue (unable to charge my phone, water issue (they were offering 1 bucket water in that case, you can’t manage everything in 1 bucket water that too cold water in that freezing temperature. Worst experience ever till date. You should actually remove that hotel from make my 訂房網站 or at least inspect hotel first before you put it on make my 訂房網站. Pictures of room and actual room were different, tv was not working. Not even bed was alright. They didn’t change the bedding, i saw hairs on bed and when i asked them to change it cause of hair, they simple said we changed it already. Worst worst worst experience ever. 90% of the items from the menu was not available. Every-time we call on reception nobody’s there to pick it up. And we never saw that guy again who checked us in. There was 1 guy was managing everything. But not properly.

Don't book this hotel. If you reach late just few hrs this hotel denying your check in. I reach 11pm and hotel staff did not open gate of hotel also not pick my call. Then i have to search another hotel in night.

The stay was very good n very comfortable. The rooms are very hygienic and very spacious. Services are very good. We are recommended for all family

there is no network not only one reason is there multiple reson is there if are going with family book other property

Fantastic location and excellent views like heaven. Hospitality also excellent and behaviour of staff was too good.

Terrible, will not recommend this to anyone, waste of money. Pathetic service, very unhygienic, no electricity

+ food is okay. - room was dusty. Bathroom was not clean. Doors make noise when wind blows. Wifi was not working neither did tv work. Bathroom door did not have bolt.

Overall it was a good stay, staff was cooperative, there was a natural view near hotel, food was good and no problem we found there.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! great hospitality, friendly staff, delicious food, and cleanliness are key elements for a positive experience and it's safe to say they delivered exceptionally well on all of the above. Recommended.
